This template should be used on a file page or article/draft talk page when an email has been sent by the author to the OTRS system.
- To add this template to your page, copy and paste the following code:

The file will be added to Category:Items pending OTRS confirmation of permission and if there is a delay in permission being confirmed the file will be progressively categorized under Category:Items pending OTRS confirmation of permission for over 30 days, Category:Items pending OTRS confirmation of permission for over 60 days, and Category:Items pending OTRS confirmation of permission for over 90 days. However, if any edits are made to the file page, the template timer will be reset and the file will be moved back to Category:Items pending OTRS confirmation of permission.
