Federal Law No. (18) of 1981 concerning the regulation of commercial agencies, as amended,
And the Code of Criminal Procedure promulgated by Federal Law No. 35 of 1992, as amended,
And the Penal Code promulgated by Federal Law No. 3 of 1987, as amended,
Federal Law No. (37) for the year 1992 concerning trademarks, as amended,
And on commercial transactions law promulgated by Federal Law No. (18) of the year 1993
Federal Law No. (28) for the year 2001 by the Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology,
Federal Law No. (1) for the year 2003 the establishment of the Federal Customs Authority,

We issued the following law:
제1장 정의
[편집]Article (1)
In applying the provisions of this Act, words and phrases have the following meanings set forth opposite each of them unless Context requires otherwise:
Location: United Arab Emirates.
Ministry: The Ministry of Economy.
Minister: The Minister of Economy.
Commission: the Supreme Committee for Consumer Protection.
Management: Consumer Protection in the ministry management.

Approved standard specifications: specifications adopted by the Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology, hereinafter To as "standard specifications of the United Arab Emirates."

Provider: Any natural person or legal entity offers the service, information, or manufactured item or distributing or Traded or sold or supplied or issued by, or interfere with the production or circulation.

제3장 소비자 보호 및 관리 기관

제4장 사업자의 의무

Article (8)

Article (10)

Article (11)

Article (12)

제5장 소비자의 권리
[편집]Article (16)

제6장 처벌
[편집]Article (18)

Article (19)

Article (21)

Article (22)

Article (23)
The Cabinet shall issue the executive regulations of the provisions of this law, as the Minister shall issue the necessary decisions for this Implementation.
Article (24)
This law shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force three months after the date of publication.
