제104조

(1) 거래가 되는 식품의 모든 광고는 식품에 관한 진실되고 오도하지 않는 정보나 진술을 포함하여야 한다.

(2) 모든 사람은 거래되는 식품광고에서 진실하지 않거나 오도하는 정보나 진술을 포함하여서는 아니된다.

제105조
